These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Optml Ltd) to you via our website, optml.co.uk.

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between us (Optml Ltd, registered address: 35 Hayworth Road, Nottingham, NG10 5LL) and you, the customer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing our products.

By ordering products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

General

Items sold by Optml Ltd are dispatched from our headquarters in Nottingham, United Kingdom. As such, all purchases made by you are completed and performed in the UK and therefore governed by UK Law.

Our contract

When you place an order through our website, this constitutes an “Offer to Buy” from you and our subsequent “order confirmation” emails are to confirm that we’ve received your “Offer to Buy”. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order based on these.

We accept your order when we send you an “Order Dispatched” email which confirms that we have dispatched the goods that you have ordered from us. Acceptance of your order will be deemed to be complete when we send the dispatch email, whether you receive this email or not.

Payment

Before your order can be shipped, payment must be received in full. We cannot accept an order until full payment has been made.

Returns

If, for whatever reason, you’re unhappy with the products or you don’t want them anymore, you can return them within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Return delivery costs are your responsibility and products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. We suggest that you obtain proof of postage and investigate whether postage insurance is necessary as we cannot process refunds until your products are returned to us safely.

Your refund will be processed once the returned items are received by us, we will notify you when we receive them. Your refund will be for the amount charged minus our delivery costs (around £4).

Cancellation

In order to avoid the costs associated with returning products to us, we recommend that (if you change your mind and wish to cancel) you email us as soon as possible at [email protected].

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do at any time, simply visit your account, navigate to subscriptions and you will be able to cancel from there.

Our products

Our products are intended to be used as a dietary supplement and are not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are under medical supervision please consult a physician before taking this product.

By ordering and taking these products, you confirm that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients and are medically fit to take the supplements.

Do not exceed the recommended stated daily dose of either formulation. Store the products in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
