How long will my first delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day via Royal Mail. Usually your delivery will be within 1-3 working days depending on demand.

How often will I receive deliveries for my subscription?

Your monthly subscription includes 30 days of our Rise/Rest stack. After your first month, your deliveries will be around every 30 days, we ensure you’ll get your next delivery before you run out!

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on orders over £50. Other than that, we charge £3.99 for Royal Mail first class delivery.

Is optml safe?

Yes, we use natural ingredients and UK based manufacturers who manufacture to the highest standards, accredited by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental Health.

If you have any concerns about taking optml, we recommend you seek the advice of your GP and we can provide a full ingredient list by request, just email us at [email protected].

Can I take optml while pregnant?

Please consult a GP before taking any new medicine or supplements whilst pregnant. You can find our labels with a list of ingredients here, we’d recommend showing this to your GP who can advise you.

How long before I see the benefits of using optml?

Everybody is different, but the effects of both optml formulas can usually be noticed within 2-3 days of taking them. As with most natural supplements, the effects are intended to be gradual.

Are there any side effects to using optml?

We have not encountered any side effects during the sale of optml, however, we do urge you to refer to this website where you can see the side effects of each vitamin/ingredient within our product.

How should I take optml?

We recommend that you take each supplement daily with a glass of water after a meal.

Rise: take daily after breakfast

Rest: take daily after dinner

Am I tied into a contract when subscribing to optml?

No, you can cancel at any time. You will be charged before products are sent to you, if you cancel after products are sent then you can return unopened products for a full refund within 14 days (in line with your consumer rights).

Can I return the products?

Yes. In line with your consumer rights you can cancel at any time. Simply visit your account, click subscriptions and then cancel and then email [email protected] with proof of postage for a full, no questions asked refund.

Can I pause my subscription?

Of course. You’re not tied into a contract with us. If you’d like to pause, you can either cancel your subscription via your account, or email us at [email protected] and we’ll pause your subscription for you.
